Erin Marie Konsmo is Métis from Onoway/Lac St. Anne, Alberta. They are a self-taught community-engaged visual and multi-media Indigenous artist.
They are passionate about language resurgence, the land/water and restoring our bodies as spaces of resistance and resurgence.
Erin is the Media Arts Justice & Projects Coordinator for the Native Youth Sexual Health Network. Most days they are just trying to be a helper and to provide venues for Indigenous youth/community to reclaim their bodies & sexuality within their nations.

Pronounced ah-nah-mun, The Onaman Collective was formed in November of 2014 by Isaac Murdoch, Christi Belcourt and Erin Konsmo. We care so deeply about the youth and the future of our communities, each of us in our own way has been using our art for social change. We formed the collective for the express purpose of finding ways to converge land-based art creation with traditional knowledge, youth, Elders and Anishnaabemowin and Cree languages.
